What is localfloorplans.com?
Localfloorplans.com is a Cental Illinois independently owned and operated company dedicated to showcasing floor plans for home owners and potential buyers. By using a *presentation floor plan*, home owners speed up the selling process by allow potential buyers to visualize themselves in your home by providing them with a more efficient outline of the layout of your house. Localfloorplans.com works closely with For Sale by Owner (FSBO) and other real estate related sites and is a member of the McLean County Better Business Bureau with a track record of success. Through my training in AutoCAD, I will personally see to the redesigning of your floor plan by taking precise measurements then creating a Computer Aided Design drawing that will make your house come alive.
How much does it cost?
Once all of your measurements are made, the overall charge will be $.10 per square foot for the size of the house. For example, if you live in a house that is 62’ x 40’ your presentation floor plan will cost $208.00. The floor plans will be sent to you once you approve it and payment is recieved.
What type of file will I receive?
Once your presentation floor plan is complete, accepted, and paid for, you will receive an email that contains a .jpg picture of your house.
Once my plan is complete how many times can I use it?
You can use it as often as you like, this is your house and your plan once it is complete. It can be used at your own discretion.
What features will be included on my presentation floor plan?
You will have the option of choosing from a variety of different types of colors for walls, doors, windows, appliances, text, and floor surface if needed. Also you will be able to note if you have any special features in your house like fireplaces, decks, and different types of ceilings.
What preparation will the clients need to make before the plan is made?
Before I can develop the plan, the client will need to draw out a rough sketch of the layout of your house. This does not have to be to scale just an overall view of how the house is laid out room to room.
Is there any upfront cost?
“A fee of $50.00 will be charged to create your presentation plan, $25.00 will go towards the application fee and $25.00 will be taken off of the overall cost of the presentation plan”.
